Return Policy 

1. General Return Policy 

At Snuggly Companions, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. 

2. Return Eligibility 

2.1 Time Frame 
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be received by us within this 30-day period to be eligible for a return. 

 

2.2 Condition of Items 
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. 

 

2.3 Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are not eligible for return: 
• Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

• Gift cards 

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return 
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@snugglycompanions.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. 

 

3.2 Return Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

3.3 Return Address 
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacture

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Refunds 
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

 

4.2 Partial Refunds 
Partial refunds may be granted for: 
• Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

5. Exchanges 

5.1 Damaged or Defective Items 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@snugglycompanions.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. 

 

5.2 Exchange Process 
For exchanges of non-defective items, please follow the same process as initiating a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item. 

6. Cancellations 

6.1 Order Cancellations 
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@snugglycompanions.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.
